328 Coaching

Many organisations are facing challenges with female talent who feel exhausted, frustrated, and disengaged, leading to increased burnout and quiet quitting. The hidden barriers women encounter in the workplace complicate efforts to resolve these issues.

Our coaching programme empowers organisations to support their women by addressing the specific challenges they face. This not only helps women feel engaged and fulfilled in their work but also enhances their well-being and performance, enabling them to reach their full potential.

MEET THE FOUNDER

328 Coaching programme

Women often encounter silent and invisible barriers in the workplace due to prevailing norms, which undermine their sense of belonging, reduce psychological safety, and frustrate their overall purpose. In environments dominated by male norms, women frequently experience a lack of support and feelings of isolation. Additionally, traditional power structures often fail to address the needs of women today. These experiences impact women’s performance, confidence, and well-being, which can, in turn, lead to broader organisational issues such as low engagement, career stagnation, attrition, and decreased team performance.
