Our coaching programme is designed specifically for women, to support you in your personal and professional development. Over 8 sessions, we unpack topics that are specific to the challenges women often face, and create tools and behaviours to help you elevate your ability to thrive.

Our topics

Self.

Building an awareness of self, identities, values and beliefs that shape how you show up in the world and influence your behaviours and choices. With more awareness, we are more empowered.

direction.

Creating a clear vision for your future to identify big picture goals and small step actions that can start the journey. As women, we often focus so much on others’ needs and goals, we forget to prioritise our own.

Rhythms.

Learning how our rhythms influence us on a daily and monthly cycle, how to listen to our bodies and optimise our routines, including how to incorporate rest.

Limits.

Sometimes the hardest part is recognising our own limitations and fears. By shining light on them, we can navigate how to overcome or shift them out of our path.

voice.

Expression of self, through any channels, both supports and depends on our self-worth and value. Learning to share our voice builds confidence and shifts self-perception.

Support.

We are not meant to exist in isolation, so recognising the support you and if there are any gaps, ensures you can progress with the support you need.

The Process

Each programme offers eight sessions. Combining reflection and integration skills, our coaching is purpose-driven and client-centered, tailoring our framework to each client’s unique needs and objectives. We adopt a holistic approach, recognising the deep connection between personal and professional lives, while also exploring intersectional identities as a key factor in each woman’s lived experience. Our coaching methodology is grounded in Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory (1984).
